CFMS provided building commissioning services for the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility in Newfoundland and Labrador, supporting the delivery of a high-performance healthcare environment. The project features geothermal heating and cooling systems, integrated building automation, and energy-efficient mechanical and lighting systems designed to optimise long-term operational performance. Through comprehensive system verification and functional testing, CFMS supported a smooth transition to operations and helped ensure reliable, efficient building performance for residents and staff.
