The Miner’s Landing Apartments project overcame substantial challenges, including managing four simultaneous builds, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and inflation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite external pressures, the projects were completed on schedule and within budget, delivering all 245 units, which are now fully occupied. Tate’s approach minimized delays and exceeded client and community expectations, resulting in an ongoing partnership with PG Developments. The development has greatly improved housing options in New Minas and Kentville, offering modern, efficient, and sustainable residences that lower operating costs and add community value.
