CFMS provided building commissioning services for the NSPI / Emera Corporate Offices in Halifax, a $53.4 million redevelopment of a former generating facility into a modern, sustainable headquarters. The project achieved LEED® NC Platinum certification through the integration of harbour-sourced water-source heat pumps, heat recovery systems, and advanced lighting controls. The award-winning facility supports Emera’s environmental leadership and long-term operational performance.
