CFMS provided building commissioning services for the Corner Brook City Hall, a landmark civic facility in Newfoundland and Labrador. The project integrates municipal offices, cultural spaces, and public services within a high-performance building designed to exceed energy code requirements and reduce greenhouse gas emissions through geothermal heating and cooling and efficient building systems.
