Robie & Jubilee is a 10-story, 78-unit residential development in central Halifax, currently under construction and being managed by Tate Engineering. Construction began in summer 2025 and is scheduled for completion in winter 2027. Tate’s leadership ensures seamless coordination, safety, and quality delivery, creating modern living spaces that strengthen Halifax’s urban core. Tate Engineering developed the Construction Management Plan for approval and we are currently executing it on an extremely tight site with multiple major projects in the same block.
