Diego’s journey from a background in business and marketing to carpentry, and now construction management, reflects his commitment to growth and adaptability. As Assistant Construction Manager, he supports project planning, budget tracking, and subcontractor coordination, finding motivation in solving problems and seeing clients satisfied with the final results. Diego’s integrity guides him to stay honest and committed, even when decisions are tough. One particularly proud moment for him was when Tate’s leadership invited team input on future plans, making Diego feel heard and valued as part of something bigger. Drawn to Tate for its multicultural, respectful environment, Diego values the learning opportunities and focuses on delivering high-quality solutions for clients.
