Patricia MacNutt
Assistant Construction Manager
As Assistant Construction Manager at Tate, Patricia supports projects from early planning through active construction, working closely with site teams, consultants, and trades to keep projects moving forward smoothly. Patricia is energized by the problem-solving side of construction and the dynamic pace of the work. For her, the most rewarding part of the role is watching a project evolve from concept to a real building that people will use every day. No two days are ever the same, and she thrives in an environment where adaptability and attention to detail matter. She was drawn to Tate for its reputation and its people. A company that values professionalism, collaboration, and culture in equal measure. Patricia appreciates that Tate is focused not only on building strong projects, but also on building strong relationships and teams. Being a mom has deeply shaped how Patricia shows up in her work. Balancing family life has strengthened her organization, patience, and ability to stay calm under pressure, qualities that translate seamlessly to construction management. It has also reinforced the importance of empathy and teamwork; values she brings to every project she supports.
