With a Commerce degree from Brazil and a CPA-equivalent designation, Thamy is focused on aligning Tate’s processes with its goals, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency while supporting project teams in delivering high-impact work. She is energized by leading challenging projects and working with teams to refine processes that make life better for clients, coworkers, and vendors alike. Thamy believes that being nimble and flexible is key to finding solutions that stand the test of time. Moments of pride include seeing team members step out of their comfort zones to test and refine new processes and witnessing open, solution-focused discussions among diverse perspectives.
